Data we process
Contact form: name, email, optional phone and canton, and your message, to answer your request or forward it to a partner.
Server logs: technically necessary data (IP address, timestamp, user-agent).
Analytics: if enabled, a privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics tool.
Hosting and server logs
The website is operated with a hosting provider. Technical log data (e.g. IP address, timestamp, requested page, user-agent) is stored temporarily to ensure stability and security, then deleted after a short period.
Database
Form data (e.g. contact requests) is stored in our access-protected database (PostgreSQL via Supabase) and is accessible only for handling your request.
Purpose and legal basis
Processing is based on your request and our legitimate interest in operating the website securely (nFADP).
Recipients
With your consent, requests are forwarded to independent partners (e.g. law firms or financing specialists). No other transfer takes place.
Cookies and consent
Technically necessary storage (e.g. your consent decision) happens without consent. All other cookies — for analytics or advertising — are only set after your consent via the banner. You can change or withdraw your decision at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.
Google AdSense
If you have consented to the “Advertising” category, we use Google AdSense (provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to display ads. Cookies and similar identifiers may be stored on your device and usage information (e.g. pages visited, device identifiers, IP address) transmitted to Google, including in countries outside Switzerland (notably the United States).
The legal basis is your consent. You may withdraw it at any time with future effect via “Cookie settings” in the footer. You can additionally manage personalised advertising in Google's ad settings (https://adssettings.google.com).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure and restriction, as well as to obtain or have your data transmitted, to withdraw given consents with future effect, and to lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
Retention
We store personal data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or required by statutory retention obligations. Afterwards it is deleted or anonymised.
Changes
We adapt this notice when processing or the applicable law evolves. The version published on this page applies.
